Get it Done transportation got the job done & delivered on date promised . They picked up on Friday from Palm Beach Fl. as planned and delivered by Monday to Windham New Hampshire ! No damages , well secured Brand new 2024 Harley delivered nicely! Driver was extremely courteous and professional. He Drove it right into my garage! Balance easily paid by Zelle . Terrible company. They missed my pickup window twice, charged my card more than double what they told me to expect for the deposit, the driver they hired yelled at me and made threats. When I cancelled the order and requested a refund I was on the phone with Joe for about 10 minutes repeating myself over and over that I did not want to continue my business with them and he refused to take no for an answer. Then when they finally processed the refund it was short the full amount. Took about 3 weeks to finally get all of my money back. You are gambling with your money with this company.

These guys are the best! I Called Dave from ‘Get it Done ‘ transportation last minute , 3pm , after getting’stiffed’ from another company. They said their truck broke down - funny they said the same thing when they transported my car down from Massachusetts a day late. Dave said he’d call back in an hour and he did with a drivers name and time of pickup the next day - Easter Sunday . Pick up at noon ! Should have just called him in the first place ! David and the Get It Done team was outstanding from beginning to end. There were 10s of companies that reached out (like chop shops) but he reached out via phone and email personable and looking to understand my needs not just be the low cost guy. Having done this before, I wanted a partner from beginning to end in the event of issues. We got a deal done in hours and had delays with driver changes and even a misunderstanding at drop off with the driver. He answered the phone or texts every time and timely and even offered to eat some additional costs unforeseen. He’s a good guy to work with and will use him for future needs (especially on valuable vehicles) he knows all customers aren’t the same Give him a shot !!!!

Working with Joe at Get It Done Transportation was absolutely amazing to get my classic car shipped to me after purchasing it. He was on top of it and found shipping quickly even though there was no huge hurry. I've shipped 3 vehicles in the last twelve months and this is by far the best experience! I've already made sure to save Joe's and Get It Done's phone number to use later and share with anyone I bump into that needs a vehicle transported. The car was picked up on a Monday, hauled 1600 miles and dropped on a Wednesday. The truck driver was super friendly and professional, arrived when he said he would and the car made it journey safely.

Dave is the man with the plan! My move was a complicated one and Dave arranged it like it was as smooth as silk. I had specific dates and times I needed picked up, drop off wasn’t as important but times for loading was critical and Dave made it happen when so many others calling me giving me quotes said he was going to fail me he proved them wrong . I never transported a car before and was nervous from reading all the horror stories on line. it’s like when you get a cold and go on WebMD you think the worst! well my anxiety was through the roof! I ended up luckily being referred to Get It Done Trans by a friend that had used them so I felt comfortable about that but it was nerve racking until I did. My price was fair, my service was great and my nerves were worked up for no reason. #1 recommendation is Get it Done Trans.

Joe is the guy ! His uncle and him run the GID operation and they run it like a well oiled machine. Even in my case there was a slight hiccup and Joe jumped right on it in a Sunday (his day off) as promised he gave me his cell and answered it first ring. I never write reviews but I owe it to them for the amazing work they’ve done for me over the last 5+ years. I’ve been using Get It Done Transportation since 2018. I primarily work with Joseph. Let me tell you this is the best service I’ve received. Ridiculously fast response times, detailed information. There’s been times when I needed a car shipped last minute and he had it dispatched and picked up that evening! I’ve referred him to every & anyone I know. Any location. East coast to west coast, no issue. Joseph will figure out a solution to any problem!

This place is NOT a Better Bureau Business! There rating is 3.9 and obviously many things have went wrong. Between Joe and David, I don't know which one is the worse! It is not family run! This is a broker who overcharge only to have their needs first! They do NOT answer calls and when they text you it is in a nasty manner. Stop exaggerating because you NEVER PICKED up your phone not even at delivery. Driver was excellent but you are a broker with broken promises. Please DO NOT use their service or you will go through an awful experience! Had to report them to DOT to get an response! 10 days, had to take Ubers everywhere and rent a car. I did not even get to go to my mom funeral with a car. So sad! Drove this distance 3 times and it only takes 4 days not 10 days. See how long their response is trying to justify their wrongdoing. Smh! The customer is always right. You had 10 days and you won't even reimburse me for NY rent-a-car. Your answer was flat out NO! Wish I could put your nasty texts on here. DO NOT USE THESE GUYS!

He was the most honest person and former military for those who serve.I scheduled my reservation and made a deposit based off of U-HAUL price change, however that situation turned left with U-Haul and Joe understood my frustration. This guy transported my new Sprinter van. It was a unique transpiration experience for me and him and his wife make it very smooth. This is the nicest vehicle I have ever purchased and he took really good care of it. Me and my wife were moving from South Carolina to Kentucky and needed to ship one of our vehicles we were originally going to tow it ourselves but then realized it would be dangerous due to the weather at the time of our drive so at the last minute started looking for a place to ship the car through I put in to get an estimate online and instantly got a bunch of scam calls, texts, and emails so I thought it would never workout in time then joe got ahold of me and I was skeptical at first because I've never done it before and it sounded to good to be true that he could have it shipped the same day and delivered by the next day no hassle at all and everything went very smoothly and was able to get it done he talked me through what was going on and made me feel at ease that I was in good hands I highly recommend this company for all your vehicle shipping needs it was easy and affordable especially with such short notice I will definitely use them again in the future if I need it

Stellar!! I needed my oldie moved from ABQ to Flagstaff while an atmospheric river was slamming into California - heading East. These gentlemen got a carrier lined up STAT and got her right into her new parking space before weather could further delay our arrival! Nothing like the carrier wanting to get it done as badly as you do! We did a thorough inspection, took lots of photos, I was able to track her live on the journey, so my mind was at ease! Loved the live updates on the road!The driver Grigorii, acted very thorough and experienced! He kept me updated with a video upon delivery to show where it was parked. He even parked it exactly as requested!Don't let the other guys out flash you, bomb you with calls, emails, or texts! I received premium service, and despite rain or snow, these guys GET IT DONE!I just want to say I am a satisfied customer and not a paid review. People are understandably intimidated by transport reviews. I know I was. I have proudly owned my '99 Rav4 for 10 years and am very passionate about this car. But, guys, I can't wait to get back in and drive it again, knowing they carefully delivered.

We didn’t know that requesting an online quote would overload us with calls and emails. First timers here. Well long story short, with us putting that info out there requesting that quote caused a chaotic mess with the dispatch world. After talking to multiple different “transportation” people and actually putting a deposit down, we realized we were getting scammed. We came across Joe and his team and was immediately at ease. He answered me immediately and with respect, he explained how all of the online quoting worked and walked me through everything!!! He quoted me, kept it at original quote and went to find us awesome transporters. We will definitely be using him again. He was even texting me back and forth when I had questions. He got two vehicles picked up for us, from different locations, and had two different vehicles dropped off. We got the last vehicle today and everything worked out great! Joe needs to be the first and only call with any transport needs!! Thank you for everything!

I can't stress enough how STRESSED I was to have this task assigned to me.Transporting a car from Michigan to Texas in a crazy weather storm. I called about 10 different companies, some lying, and some telling the truth (at least I think they were).Overall, I contacted Joe at "Get It Done Transportation" and his knowledge and explanation of the whole process was not only greatly appreciated but he was completely transparent with possible issues and the entire process from the time my call is made to the delivery. The driver connected with me on pick up and drop off. Both the Driver and Joe were extremely respectful and kept me in the loop. I would say my only issue was that the payment was not all upfront. I was able to pay 1/3 via credit card and the other 2/3 upon arrival, which I understand that they want to ensure that my jeep would arrive safely and not everything was required upfront, but I did have to use Zelle, a cashier's check or cash for the remaining balance. Luckily it wasn't an issue, but I did think, what if I didn't have that cash all up front?Otherwise, I feel like the process was very smooth. Joe checked in with me to see how things were going and was always available when I called. I will most definitely be using his services again and would surely recommend!

Called David on Wednesday to pickup my car from a dealership in Merrillville, IN, to be delivered to my home in Waynesville, NC!Here it is Friday morning at 9:40 AM and the car is at my front door!!!I'd call that exceptional service!I'm still waiting for the other company I went with 1st to call me back about picking up my car !That was over a week ago !Next time ya need your vehicle transported, call these guys, cause they really.... Get it Done !!My EDIT 1/11/24....They really dropped the ball on my 2nd go-round with these guys. They turned into every other auto transport company.They kept telling me today it will be picked up, eventually they just stopped taking my calls. Too bad. They blew their chance of any new business with me.STILL MORE: Owner tells me about weather related issues!WHAT???The car is in NC..no snow or blizzards here. Want to go from Raleigh, NC to just west of Asheville. You supposedly have access to a nationwide network of carriers. I'll bet you even have access to carriers in the south where there is no snow! I mean, you're located in Florida for pete sake.

Dave Maier and Get It Done Transportation actually saved us when our original transportation company failed to show. We needed a Chevy Tahoe moved from FL to MA and he was able to get us someone that same day our flight was the next morning so this was a stressful situation with my aging parents. He was kind and professional and the drivers were also wonderful. We have used them twice now and had no problem and I’ve referred others to him also.

Terrible experience. Joe promised a rate. He then charged more that what he promised. I made several inquiries, and despite sending him his own email where he set forth the rate, the only response I received it that he "would look into it." I had to go through my credit card company to fix his overpayment. I will never use Get It Done Transportation again.

Joe helped me get my car where it needed to be. I was dealing with college finals and had to get my car shipped out. I wanted my car shipped to North Carolina from Miami. What a cut throat business once you peel back the layers.I needed a specific pickup and delivery date. By chance I was contacted by Joe Pien of Get it Done and it was a seamless business transaction from start to finish. Joe was there for every question and concern. His follow up was nothing short of incredible. My car was picked up when promised and delivered on the date requested. I highly recommend Get it Done for auto transport and ask especially for Joe.

Get It Done should be your first call. The rates are competitive and the service is excellent. I scheduled to have my SUV shipped to Florida. The reservation was confirmed and the driver called and arrived as scheduled. When I landed in Florida I arranged parking and my car was delivered. The condition of the SUV was excellent- no issues. If I move again I’m calling Joe and his team at Get It Done.

Don't work with Joe Pein, he doesn't hinor his word. He increased the fees even that when I received my car 3 weeks after initial agreement, the truck driver told me that their is not fees increase from their side. So it was Joe doing this. Even though, Joe and I agreed to split the increase, he didn't honor his word till today November 16, 2023, he should close that on July 5th 2023. That is my experience with them and I will never recommend his company to anyone.

Joe and Get-It-Done Transport are the real deal! No games, no hassle!Before I went with this company, I had booked another company to transport my vehicle cross country. The very day that company was supposed to pick my my vehicle, they ended up asking for more money than I had originally agreed upon on contract. I refused and they cancelled my transport. You can imagine I was left on a bind after I had trusted that company to transport my car and I was leaving to move out of state in a few days.Joe and Get-It-Done Transport pulled through and got my car picked up and delivered to me at the date and price we agreed upon. Not one penny over the amount we agreed upon. Joe had earned my trust, he was always there to communicate me with and keep me informed. I even called him to get a confirmation on when the driver was coming and he always let me know. I even him once during his vacation and he STILL made efforts to call and update me. Joe and this company have earned my trust. I will DEFINITELY be using them again. If you want no hassle and peace of mind, I HIGHLY recommend this company.

Had my car shipped from Michigan to Florida.After speaking to Joe, they were not the cheapest but he sold me on family business.Her assured me he was not a broker.Door to door was the promise. Although the car did arrive but was sent to a lot where local transport brought to my location.No communication from them only from me. I could have saved money by going with a broker and had the same results.But car was delivered and there was no damage.

I got my Jeep shipped from Colorado to Virginia. It was dropped off Saturday September 23. The delivery date got pushed back, not a big deal. I ended up not knowing when it was getting picked up until a couple hours before it got picked up, for me still not a big deal. They had the deposit, I was never told when the car was dropped off they would need cash. I wasn’t home when it got dropped off so that was very inconvenient, trying to rush home and get money pulled off my card. Then they also needed 100 extra than the original quote. I was told by Chris he was refunding it for me. I still haven’t received it and haven’t got a response since. Glad to have my car back though and was delivered in the same condition. So not a horrible experience but could have been better.

I used Get It Done Transportation to transport a classic car from a dealership in Los Angeles to Northern California. I had a VERY positive experience with Joe and his amazing, patient driver.Get it Done was able to pick up my car the very next day, and deliver within 24 hours of pick up. Where they stand out is how they handled the dealership where my car was being picked up from. Dealership did not have the car ready(they had been given 3 weeks notice), and expected the driver to wait for 3 hours!! As I "went postal" on the dealership, Joe and the driver remained calm and we were able to pick the car up without issue, eventually.The car was transported in an open container trailer with a new model 1 ton Dodge Cummins Diesel. The driver was very professional, on time and handled a classic car brilliantly. I was in constant communication with Joe who always updated me on ETA's on both ends. Price was very fair. Dealership where car was purchased quoted me $200- higher than Joe.I am beyond happy, satisfied of my entire experience and HIGHLY recommend this company.

Major regrets after using this transport service!!! I reached out to Get It Done to transport my car to another state for my child’s freshman year at college. Over the course of 3 days, I tried to obtain confirmation on a pickup date and time…only to be left in the dark not knowing when or whether my vehicle would be picked up. On the 4th day of reaching out, I was told I had 45min before the driver would be to my home to pick up my car. My car was loaded onto the transport vehicle, Zapp Transport LLC, with the license plate attached. I was not told to remove my license plate by the driver or transport company. The car was delivered to the desired location within 24hrs however the license plate was stolen in transit. The driver took photos to confirm the condition of my car before it left my home and as soon as it was delivered and it was clear that the car was not in the same condition upon delivery. I reached out to the driver (Zapp Transport LLC DOT 4064640) and explained the situation. The driver admitted that he did not realize the license plate was missing and I would be refunded. I was left no choice but to drive my freshman to college across 2 states without a license plate as a result of this situation.I reached out to Get It Done and Zapp Transport LLC multiple times to resolve and despite my efforts to file a claim and receive a refund to replace the plate, I was told that they were not responsible and would not refund the cost to replace the license plate. It is unfortunate that the $60 replacement cost was asking too much.I would not recommend that anyone use this service if you are looking for “peace of mind” customer experience and customer-focused problem resolution. Lesson learned the hard way!

Charged My Credit Card Without Authorization - If you're planning on using this company...BEWARE. I used Get It Done Transportation (GIDT) to transport my mother's vehicle 2 years ago, and all went without a snag. HOWEVER...I was going to use their service this year, but what happened while I was setting up the service this week borders on fraudulence. Unbeknownst to me and without my authorization, GIDT saved my credit card from 2 years ago and never deleted it from their system. When David M. was taking down my information, he said I would need to pay a deposit, and I explained I would need to call back later with my mother's credit card number because the service was for her. GIDT decided to help themselves to my personal credit card that they had in their system from 2 years ago and processed the charge for the deposit and did not wait for me to call back with my mother's credit card number. Not only did they process a charge I hadn't authorized, they charged me $175 deposit when David had quoted me $150. After I spoke with David the first time, I received an email which I thought was a quote for the service. It said that the deposit was $170 so I emailed David asking him to confirm the deposit amount to which he replied confirming it was $150. That same evening, I was checking my credit card account online for something unrelated and noticed a charge from GIDT for $175 which I found shocking since I hadn't provided them with a credit card number to set up the transport service. I immediately emailed David to dispute this charge and requested that GIDT void this charge. When I didn't receive a reply back, the next day I spoke with David, and he said they would process a refund and that they would confirm via email. I have not heard back at all from GIDT so now I've had to submit a dispute claim to my credit card company. Based on others' reviews on Yelp, it appears that Get It Done Transportation has a pattern of charging customers' credit cards without their authorization. I cannot do business with a company that is not trustworthy. It is a shame that this company currently operates this way because I was planning on being a repeat customer before this all happened.

I used get it done transportation to ship a car from Naples to Boston and back. Definitely a great experience. Whenever I reached out with questions I got an immediate response. I was also able to communicate directly with the driver. Overall I felt aware and in control of the process. Overall a great company to work with. I'll be calling again the next time I need to ship a car.

DO NOT USE THEM. David Maier contacted me and arranged to have the vehicle picked up a week prior to my moving date. He then 2 days later tried to charge me an additional $200 to have the vehicle transported. I said no, which he said is fine. Then on the day of pickup he ghosted me completely and my vehicle was never picked up.Now i’m across the country with no vehicle and paying hundreds of dollars to store it in a parking garage .

Joe reached out to me so quickly, gave me a transparent quote (it actually ended up cheaper!), and was very clear about pickup dates. They gave me a window of two days, and stuck to it. Ro arrived early and called ahead of time for both pickup and drop off. I messed up the scheduling and wouldn’t be in town yet when drop off was happening, but Ro was super flexible and set up a remote drop off! I had no trouble finding my car and keys when I got to town the next day. Thank y’all so much!

I purchased my first new car in over 40 years from a dealer in NC. I was presented with a dilemma of going to the dealership to take delivery or have it transported to me. I did a google search and received a number of calls from various companies. Since it was a high-end muscle car i was very particular about selecting a carrier. I received a number of phone calls. I was most impressed by the level of professionalism from Joe Pein the owner of Get-It-Done Transportation. After doing some further research i determined i had made a good choice. The communication throughout the process was top notch. My driver kept me informed during the process as he got closer to the drop-off point. I will continue to use Joe and his company for my future shipping needs. Thanks again Joe!

At first , Joe sounded nice on phone, acted like he really care about his customers but he was all about his own gain. I called to ask about the driver to come pick my car for delivery. After giving me price and date, I gave him my card details so he can pay the driver when my car picked up. He took 60% of payment but did not get a driver for me ( i guess because I told him I will take the business elsewhere). He later found a driver for me after many calls, only for the driver that came to ship my car asked for 100% payment when he got to the destination to deliver my car. I ended up paying the driver 100% as against 40% Joe was supposed to pay him. I called Joe but no response, I left voicemail. I finally got him when I used a different number to call and he told me he will get back to me. It's been over 2Months and I haven't heard from him. I won't recommend or even use him again.

This was my first experience dealing with a transport company. Never. Again. Get It Done contacted me after I had already booked initial transport. They told me I was getting ripped off on the price. Being a rookie, I bought in and booked with them. They were very pleasant to deal with, at first. A few days in, I get a phone call saying the price has gone up from the original quote to nearly $300 dollars more if I wants it delivered. I had an EXTREMELY small window to get this done, so they left me with no choice. Throughout the process, their story was filled with inconsistencies of where the drivers were. The car arrived several hours late. Here’s the kicker…. I made it VERY CLEAR that I was going to pay the transporters with a credit card. I GUARANTEED this wouldn’t be a problem. When the drivers showed, they demanded cash or check. When I explained to them I was told I could pay with a credit card, they had no idea what I was talking about. We both tried for an HOUR to get a hold of Get It Done on his personal cell. Lo and behold he was suddenly unavailable. I was FORCED to pay with cash, that I was unprepared for. Not only that, I ended up paying 25$ more than the HIGHEST quote I received! The representative even from Get It Done said I was getting ripped off in the beginning, and then charged me 25$ OVER THAT. I can’t emphasize enough how shady mislead I was during this process. They should honor their original quote and refund my $225. I do NOT recommend this place for ANYTHING.

I had two vehicles shipped from California to Florida by Joe and his team. Pick up occurred on the scheduled day, but was a bit late due to the driver. And overall excellent experience and I would highly recommend these guys to handle your most precious vehicles. They sent a beautiful transporter that had several high-priced vehicles on board, so I was relieved to see their capability and it alleviated all concerns. Price was extremely reasonable for an enclosed transporter cross-country. Joe and his team really “get it done”! Thanks for a great job!

HIRE JOE FOR THE JOB!Getting prepared for the move of a lifetime, from AZ to NJ. While 32 weeks pregnant was the most stressful! We thought we had everything figured out when we hired a company (I won’t say the name) to transport our car to our new home in NJ. We scheduled the transport 1 week in advance with a promise date for pick up on Friday April 28, 2023. Not to mentioned my family and I already bought plan tickets to leave April 29th.. the next day! Come Friday the original transportation company flaked on us. Giving us the run around about picking our vehicle up. Frustration immediately set in. I then connected with JOE with GET IT DONE TRANSPORTATION. And he was very transparent about the process! A lot of these companies only book for the business without actually assigning a driver for the “reasonable price” they give. Although we paid more than we originally booked for. The moment I paid our transportation deposit we were assigned a driver within a hr of paying! The driver gave us a date when they would arrive and kept that promise and communicated with me the entire time. Every time I needed an update on the vehicle I was responded to within 15 minutes of texting. We now have our car in NJ in one piece and the process was so smooth. It only took them 5 days to deliver. I highly recommend this company. JOE was so professional and prompt. If I was to ever move again he would be who I call.

I was looking for a moving company that was local and was going to be affordable. I found Get It Done Transportation on Thumbtack and decided to give them a try. I was impressed with their professionalism, knowledge, and assistance. They were able to provide me with a quote, confirm it, and provide me with a confirmation email all within a couple of hours. This is the best transportation service I have ever used. I am a student at a local university and I needed to get to campus for a final. I called Get It Done Transportation and they were able to pick me up within minutes. The driver was super nice and friendly and I was able to get to campus on time. I was also able to schedule the return trip from campus to my house and the driver was able to meet me at my house and take me back to campus. The driver was very professional and polite. I would recommend this service to anyone who needs transportation.

I love how convenient and easy it is to use Get It Done Transportation. I can schedule my ride in advance, skip the lines when I need to, and still show up to work on time. They have an amazing customer service and I love that my drivers are customized to my needs. I also love that they have a flat rate and offer upgrades. I was really impressed with the service I received from Get It Done Transportation Inc. I needed to get my car from NY to NY and I called them to help. They were very quick to answer the phone and very polite on the phone. They were able to schedule a time for me to pick up my car and get it delivered in time for my move. The car also came with a full tank of gas and was in great condition. I was also able to track the car throughout the move online. This is a great service with premium service.

I really appreciate all the help Joe and David provided me. I had just had another broker cancel on me the morning of. I connected with Joe and he and I worked through a realistic plan to get my vehicles shipped. He helped educate me about what was happening and even got on the phone to get some shady brokers to cancel the orders they had in the system (talking to you HZ). We were able to get the cars moved safely and there were no games on delivery. His delivery driver Frank was great. I wish I hadn't wasted my money on my deposit that I am sure is lost on the other company - beware HZ Auto Transport and go with Get it Done!

I had a great experience with transporting my car from RI to Miami, Joe was very transparent and fair on price. Although tough to find drivers as (I had checked other companies) my car was picked up the next day with driver being v. friendly. Driver was also accessible throughout the trip till arrival with my car making it to sunny Miami within the estimated window initially given. I’d definitely recommend, thanks again Joe/team.

I absolutely would never recommend this company to anyone needing to ship their car. They were quick to respond with a quote for my car to be shipped from California to North Carolina and the price was pretty fair. It wasn’t the most expensive but it also wasn’t the cheapest. After reading the good reviews I booked with them and was told my car would be picked up that Tuesday and that my car would be delivered by Thursday or Friday that same week. This isn’t the first time I’ve shipped my car before so I felt like that was a very quick timeline. I confirmed that it would be there by Friday with the ridiculously unintelligent agent I was assigned and he “promised” it would be there by Friday. So here comes our first plan change, they increased the price by $350, and changed the booking fee from $300 to $400. This immediately upset me but the agent said that the driver would not negotiate even though I had already signed a contract for the initial amount. Second plan change… after confirming multiple times with the agent that my car would be there on Friday, when the driver showed up to pick up my car (he was also an hour late) he said it wouldn’t be there until the following Tuesday or Wednesday. At this point I was just nervous about my car getting there in one piece because these people clearly don’t communicate with each other. I was told the driver would keep me updated and call me an our before his arrival… that didn’t happen either. On Tuesday I heard nothing so I reached out to the driver and he said he DIDN’T HAVE MY CAR!!! I almost lost my mind so I contacted the agent again and he gave me the number of a different driver. He said he would be delivering my car Wednesday night. He again did not contact me all day until 8:30pm when he said he arrived but he actually arrived to a shopping center because he didn’t want to drive the extra 10 minutes to my house. Absolutely ridiculous. Not to mention, when I got inside my car to drive away, my cell phone holder that was attached to my dashboard was gone. I looked everywhere in the car thinking it may have just fallen off, but no it was completely gone. I feel like I deserve some compensation just for the amount of stress this company put me under lol. In all seriousness I feel like I deserve that extra $350 back because that was what was on the original contract. Just stay away from this company

The company was very responsive and demonstrated great communication. The car was 1,400 miles away from home and it was picked up on a Monday evening and delivered Wednesday. That's great customer service. Would recommend them and use them again. You won't be disappointed

I had originally scheduled to have my car shipped across country with another company. They called a day before my car was scheduled to be picked up and said they couldn’t find a driver. I then called Joe at Get It Done and he found a driver and had everything scheduled in under 24 hours. My car was picked up and delivered on time with no issues. Joe was always reachable and answered all my calls and texts quickly. I am a service member and Joe took a ton of stress off of my family and I during a PCS. Many companies will quote you a very low price and then won’t be able to find a driver to accept the low bid, which will force you to pay more on the backend or delay your transportation. Joe gave me an honest estimate and a guarantee. I highly recommend Get It Done transportation to everyone, especially service members.

I have never had to transport a vehicle before, but Joe made the process so easy and pleasant that I would highly recommend his company any day. We agreed upon a price and he arranged for a truck to pick up my car the following day. Unfortunately I had some issues communicating with the actual transport company to arrange details which made the process not so smooth, but you have to keep in mind they are brokers and some things are just out of their control. Regardless, he went above and beyond to ensure things went well, and even managed to get ahold of the company's owner on a weekend to ensure they got ahold of me. This will be my go to company moving forward.

I just wanted to give Mr. Joe a special thank you for his patience and top notch service he displayed with me this last week. I usually don’t let anyone else drive or in this case move my vehicle but Joe not only had the best service, had the best “no bullshit”price from door to door and answered all my questions and concerns. While I did find 2 other companies that originally appeared slightly lower in price, after they waisted my time with their horrible service they added “fees” and additional “charges” to the quote. My suggestion is if you’re shipping your car with extra weight to speak with the representative before the pick up date to ensure your car won’t be charged extra. They communicate extremely well and you can trust them with your car.I was looking into shipping my car from the east coast to the west coast, and I was apprehensive with trusting anyone with shipping my car. When I initially started looking, I got so many spam calls and emails. It was non-stop, brokers trying to call me over and over trying to get my business. Telling me that they had found a carrier ready to pick up my car, as a strategy to get me to do business with them. They even put my name down onto registries under their company without even asking for my permission. Many of the brokers I spoke to were hard to deal with and aggressively trying to get my business.Get It Done did not aggressively try to get my business by sending me multiple messages at a time. I was given the most competitive price by them without any extra attachments. I got everything I wanted with the transport without any additional costs. Further, they kept me updated and reassured me that my vehicle would be fine with their carriers.I would recommend Get It Done Transport for anyone looking to ship their vehicle for the most competition price. I needed to transport a little Fiat from Phoenix to Albuquerque NM. Joe Pein managed my request conscientiously, courteously and pleasantly. It took several days to find a driver after the initial one cancelled. Fortunately, time was not an issue for me. The car was delivered the day after a driver committed. It was in perfect condition, and the driver was pleasant and professional. The only drawback to the agreement was the increase in cost of the replacement driver. I was quoted $490 by Get It Done Transportation that included $190 deposit and $300 for the driver.Because of the difficulty in finding a driver, the cost ended up being $500 for the driver. I might have gotten a lower price if I had waited longer, but I decided that I just wanted to get it done!

I’m here to say Joe at Get It Done Transportation got it done for me!! Originally I went with”the better deal” and a different company, but what I got was an under estimate and a big hassle!! Then I found Joe!! He straightened out everything and my Dodge Ram was picked up the very next day!! I was super impressed. No hidden costs like that other company!! Waiting for the company to come through and will update the review and details upon deliverySo the following was the review prior to the edit - “Our car was supposed to be picked up yesterday or today. We paid the deposit up front and nobody showed up or called. We have been trying to call the number on the invoice, and have also contacted the owner many times to no avail. We keep getting a run around that they will contact us ASAP. We waited patiently for the car to be picked up and planned our whole weekend around it. My daughter was counting on the car getting to her this weekend so she could start her new job. Stay away from this company!!!"The owner, David P. called and asked me to remove the review and said we would get the car picked up the next day between noon and 3 pm, and that I didn't understand how it worked. The next day was the same where I had to inquire myself as nobody showed up. My issue is the lack of the communication as I was not provided any updates unless I did the digging myself. If you know that the driver canceled, you should pick up the phone, or email, or text the client instead of keeping them waiting and saying any minute now--I did get a refund for the deposit, but it's not like I could get compensated for the time I wasted. It is cheaper for us to drive the car to the destination and fly back. We would have gladly paid a little more for the convenience, but it's a lesson learned.

DO NOT HIRE THIS COMPANY. In short, they will do everything to haveyou put a deposit, and then once they take $200 deposit they wont answer your calls or texts. I have not received my refund and its been over 2 weeks. They said they would pick up my car 4/6 and they did not get in touch at all after putting my deposit down.I was okay with waiting but they never communicated at all.Another company quickly picked up my car the week after. This company must change their name every 2 years or so if they claim to be in business this long. I just want my $200 refunded.

Oh man. Night and day between Get It Done Transportation and the previous company we were working with. After a very stressful situation with another company, we were referred to Joe and he honestly saved the day. He was personable, professional, honest, and very easy to communicate with. He made communicating easy with fast responses through text (which with 2 kids is so incredibly helpful!). Overall, yes, it was a *little* more expensive than other companies, but the reliability and trust in the company was worth it when we were shipping our expensive vehicle. We wanted to transport our car and we had paid two other transportation companies but they both couldn't get a driver and refunded our money one after another. We are very happy with the transport of our Harley Motorcycle. I noticed the ad showing their family business and went with them right away. We had an urgent need, Joe was able to help us out super quick and so professionally. We all were very happy on both ends. After 2 other transport companies failed to do the job and left me hanging, these guys were able to pick up the slack. Joe was awesome and can respond any questions or concerns you have with professionalism and quickness. Will definitely use them again if needed.

I researched several companies, and Joe Pein from Get it Done reached out via email with a fair quote right away. This made comparing companies easy and was the main reason I went with the company. The pick up and delivery was effortless. Alain Torres, the driver, was professional and communicated throughout making the entire process seamless. I highly recommend this company for transporting a vehicle for its reasonable cost, quick turn around and five star communication.

Joe from Get It Done Transportation was extremely professional and reliable. Pickup of vehicle was day after initial contact and it came less than a week later from east coast to west coast. As active duty military, whose car was located far away, I strongly recommend Joe and the Get It Done team.

Will update if I actually get a refund but not expecting it. I accepted a quote for getting my vehicle shipped about 2 weeks before I needed it shipped. I gave them a day I needed it picked up by (a wednesday) and they asked for only one extra day window to get it and asked if I would prefer before or after my requested date so I said before. Well, that Tuesday came and I still had no word from them if/when my vehicle would be getting picked up. I tried contacting them with no luck. They next day came with still no word. Eventually managed to get a hold of someone and he said he would look into it and put me on hold. About 5 minutes on hold and he just hangs up on me instead. All the while I'm only trying to tell them I can extend the pickup window if they need me to but I would just need to change the pickup location by like 15 minutes from the original but I need to know if that's okay right away, otherwise I have to drive the vehicle across the country myself. Needless to say at this point but no on was able to help me with that simple request so I had to drive it myself and requested a refund. I was told it shouldn't be a problem but have been back and forth with them several times now about why I haven't actually gotten it. Maybe I just paid for their Christmas bonus or something, I don't know.

I spoke with many companies before having my car moved. Joe made me feel the most comfortable and assuring. Joe's Transporters were very professional. This is an excellent company with top notch customer service. You definitely get what you pay for, and in these uncertain times, we need honest and transparent options - especially from towing companies! Joe was super courteous and friendly. I would definitely recommend and would use again.

I used Get it Done to ship my car from CA to PA in 2019 and they were very professional and prompt. I’m using them again for my move back to CA this month as I know they are reliable and offer the most fair price. Flawless experience. Called and asked all my questions about transporting my motorcycle and got all my questions answered. Never had a doubt or skeptical after that first call. The entire process was painless and extremely quick. I even got to meet the boss man him self. Joe was super considerate and kind when talking to him. Absolutely amazing staff. I have personally used David and Get it Done Transportation 2 times and my brother used them once as well but he dealt with Ed and received the same great service I had with his brother David. I couldn’t be more happy with my moves. I moved two cars within 2 weeks of each other and both times were flawless. If you need to move a car Get it Done is the way to go: thanks guys

i normally don't write reviews but I had to in this situation. I was new to the whole transporting a vehicle world and did some research and spoke to a lot and I Mean a lot of transport companies. The reason it led me back to Get it Done transport is DAVID!! As I had said I had called many companies but didn't get many answers or was given a run around or just a not so nice attitude. When I called David he put me at ease with the way he explained the process. After all I'd never done this before and i had many questions. He answered them all and was over all a great guy. Even the gentleman with JJM transport (wish i had gotten his name)that was assigned to our pick up was super nice and friendly answered all our questions. I definitely recommend them 100%!!
